Property Management Services for Commercial and Residential

Henstra Hounds Property Management can offer you both residential and commercial property services.

 

We have twenty plus years of experience managing our own portfolio and other commercial and residential properties.

 

We know first hand why most people would prefer someone else to manage their investment properties.  The always on time, responsible, long term tenant and a trouble free property would be ideal.  There are few ideal properties. 

 

Mark Lord, the Managing Broker for Henstra Hounds Property Management, has 20 years of real estate experience with an accounting degree and tax training.  Mark fully embraces the newest technologies to most effectively administer the accounting details and financial reports required. 

 

His focus is to always provide exceptional customer service to a financially qualified tenant who is moving into a home or business space that is represented by his company on behalf of his client/landlord. 

 

Amount of fees and scope of work varies depending on the clients needs.

Leasing:

Show financial qualified prospective tenants.

 

Maintenance:

We contact appropriate contractors for any necessary repair on the property.

 

Cleaning Service:

We employ and supervise the cleaning service upon tenant exit for property rental clean up to prepare for a new tenant, cleaning fee is generally covered by the cleaning deposit.

 

Disbursements/Financial Reports:

The balance of the rents collected, less management fees and expenses will be forwarded to the owner on or about 10 working days after the first of the month.  A monthly accounting report prepared by our office will be sent detailing rents and disbursements for each month. 

 

Taxes:

We collect and file transaction privilege sales tax. 

 

Evictions:

Delinquent notices are delivered or posted as necessary.
